Is it just me or does it seem like everyone played this as a kid? I remember computer lab way back in elementry school playing this game every chance I could. All I would end up doing is killing as many buffalo as I could and then not being able to carry enough meat while everyone in the group died

Anyone else have any stories about the Oregon Trail?

Ah I played this a ridiculous amount in Grade 1. I would always see how many people I could kill before I had to get off. That was a great game.

I don't think I ever made it to the end. Everyone died, but not from starvation.

Haha, that game really scared me whenever someone died, so I'd creap out and go watch Dragon Tales or Scooby Doo instead^^'
