IIRC, that ad is supposed to have an actual ad appear and a close button, but for some reason it's glitched and doesn't do either.

If you refresh it should go away.

Yeah, I was REALLY outdated with IE, and I mean REALLY outdated. I had IE7. I've updated to IE9 now, but only some of the layout has been fixed for my computer. My avatar is behind the naviagtion bars, and I can't access my mailbox because of it.

Maybe trying to download the Chrome plugin will help. Unfortunately, the link at the top of the page just refreshes my page. Anywhere else I can download it?

EDIT: Sadly, since the only computer I have currently is the family computer, my parents are very stubborn on letting me upgrade to Chrome because they think IE is good enough. Unfortunately, GU isn't the only website not loading correctly. I COULD download it when I want, but my parents would freak out and start raging at me for it. >.>
