I've got to go with Pokémon.
The core games have all been exactly the same. Moving tile by tile, no voice acting and pretty out-dated graphically... even for a handheld.
I would like to see a full 3D version... Or maybe Cell-shaded version on the PS3, 360 (wii wouldn't handle it) with the original Pokémon. Where there are anime style cut scenes and decent voice acting.
Really push the boat out with it.
But since the normal DS games sell so well... it's an easy money maker for them, because they don't have to do a lot of work.

(Of course FF VII is at the top of this remake list, but everyone knows it'll happen someday )

Personally, I would like to see The Syphon Filter Trilogy remade on one epic disc.
I was watching some uncharted 2 footage, and I saw stealth takedowns and a fight on a train which really made me think that Syphon Filter could be made again wit some sweet graphics. Plus What I wouldnt give to hear the amazing voice of the psx Gabe Logan again.

I like pokemon games that way. The only 3D pokemon game i enjoyed was pokemon snap, while pokemon stadium etc i thought was rubbish.

The only thing that comes to mind is a new bubsy game or a new streets of rage game.

I'd love to see a "modernized" version of a SNES RPG called 'Illusion of Time' (aka Illusion of Gaia). Absolutely LOVED that game and for the time the storyline was so inventive! In fact, I probably owe that game for my love of the genre and my love of writing too. So, yeah - would love to see a remake of that!

Pokemon Snap with HD graphics on the PS3 (I can still dream), but on the Wii wouldn't be so bad although I wouldn't put it past Nintendo to put it on the DS like they did with Diddy Kong Racing. I would also love to see a remake of Ocarina of Time, another Pokemon stadium and the original Perfect Dark (don't even mention the sequel on the 360). Ironic how these are all N64 games.

I do believe they have something like that... its called Afrika... ok, so its not Pokemon, but its more or less the basic premise

Yea I know, but Africa still isn't the first series of Pokemon and that's what makes it fun. It just doesn't look as fun as Pokemon Snap and doesn't seem to have that sense of nostalgia every time you play it
