Hey everyone, this is the listeners questions thread for the Kingdom Hearts Union podcast. If you want to hear your Kingdom Hearts related questions answered on Kingdom Hearts Union, just submit them in this thread! If you're want to post a question for Final Fantasy Union, it has it's own Questions Thread here.

Ask anything (that's appropriate) about Kingdom Hearts you like. You can also ask about podcast related topics, general gaming, whatever! Kingdom Hearts questions are most likely to get picked up, but you never know.

All questions in this thread are solely for the podcast. This is not a discussion thread. Posts breaking this rule will be deleted, and the user who posted their answer will be temporarily banned from asking questions. Basically in the dog house.

Don't ask us our favourite colours please, because we'll never choose stupid questions to answer on the podcast. Ask yourself, "will this question get a good discussion going?"

3. Ask as many or as few questions as you want.

Three easy rules! Yay. Not all questions will make it onto the show, but keep trying. If your question didn't make it, we might use it on a later episode, or we may have decided not to use it. Reasons for deciding against using a question include: it has an obvious answer; terrible grammar/spelling; we already answered that question in a past episode; the question is inappropriate; the question is RIDICULOUSLY long. There are other reasons, but those are the ones off the top of my head.

As I stated in the merging thread I am considering picking up Kingdom Hearts, RE:Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II. My questions are, as I don't really know much about the series.


Does it mater the order I play the game series in? As in, do the stories tie together, I understand that the newest release 358/2 days ties in stories with KH2 I believe but does it have anything to do with the first one?

Also, do KH games take place each in their own worlds, much like Final Fantasy games or is it all the same world with a continuing story?

For someone just getting into the series (I actually beat the first KH shortly after the launch but I cannot remember a thing about it) what order do you recommend playing the games in?

4th Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days

Edit: I hope these questions are not to dumb. I really have not followed the series at all and when I played the first one I knew NOTHING about the game Just picked it up cause my friend said it was really good. So I know nothing about the other 3 titles that have been released.


Edit 2: I gotta say having these question for both KHU and FFU I think will help to encourage a lot more people to sign up for the GU forums so hopefully this place will really come alive over the next few months.

1. If Square were to make a Kingdom Hearts 3, what characters/worlds would you like to see return, or make their first appearance?

2. What is your theory/idea about the Ventus/Roxas connection?

3. In Kingdom Hearts 2, every nobody that retained their human figure had an X in their name, except for Namine. Why do you think that she is the exception?

4. What do you guys want to see written on the letter Sora, Kairi, and Riku receive at the end of Kingdom Hearts.
