All of my replayable games are:

Final Fantasy VII
Final Fantasy IX (Even though my disc is broke)
Kingdom Hearts (All of them)
Chocobo Tales (DS)
Bomberman (DS)

I just constantly play either of those games. always have and always will

Disgaea, Disgaea 2, Disgaea 3. I replay these games because the only way to actually beat it is to REPLAY THE GAME! GWAHAHAHAHAHA!

(Also, because the max level cap is 9999. Seriously. Look it up if you don't already know this.)

^Agreed. And, once you get to 9999, transmigrate back to level 1 XD. Also the Etna/Axel modes add alot of playtime.

I'm surprised nobody has mention FFVIII. That game had a lot of replayability and sidequests. Especially maxing stats out >.<
