Besides Sephiroth as the main secret boss in most KH games what other Final Fantasy villain would you like to see, and why? or do you want to keep seeing him as well in KH3?

Well, according to a thread on Kingdom Hearts Insider, Nomura had an interview in Famitsu recently, and brought up Kingdom Hearts III. He basically said that for all the fans that are waiting to see III, to wait as it will be emplemented as soon as Square has time. So, it has been unoffically confirmed.

it would be interesting if they added in worlds from ghibli films. this could be a possibility considering that Disney is partnered with Studio Ghibli.

yes they are partners but idk if they should, if they do that they might as well but Marvel characters in there as well, Disney has enough characters to cover a couple more KH games

Well if there's going to be a KH3, I think Sora's going to open a "door" to his memories and reconnect everything. I'm predicting he's going to meet Aqua but only her data self. Just my theories
